Pourewa community weeding day

Nga Kaitiaki Hapori o Pourewa - The Community Guardians of Pourewa would like to invite you to a 2025 Community Volunteer Day supporting Pourewa Restoration Group in Selwyn Bush.

The event will take place on Sunday 16 March between 9am – 11am at 203 Kohimarama Road. Meet us at the top carpark by the tennis courts.

What to bring: Weather protection, some sturdy covered shoes, a bottle of water and your own secateurs, trowel and gloves if you have them! We will have a limited number of spare secateurs on site.

Please note:

There are no toilets at the weeding site, and there is a 5 minute walk from the carpark entrance. Nearest toilet is at Eastridge Shopping centre.
